Strict test criteria
Innovation researcher Professor Nikolaus Franke and his team examine the five categories of innovation-promoting top management, innovation climate, innovation processes and organization, external orientation/open innovation and innovation success in detail. The basis for this is an online questionnaire that the participating companies fill out beforehand.
Repeatedly awarded
The five categories are reflected in more than 100 test criteria. The Masterflex Group impressed in the selection process and has been awarded the TOP 100 seal since February 1. This is the 5th time that the company has been one of the top innovators. The repeated award recognizes above-average innovation management and underlines the company's consistent focus on future-oriented solutions.
